Job Description

Bhagwat Associates, a reputable Ashok Leyland dealership in Solapur, is looking for a results-driven Assistant Service Manager to help maximize service revenue through effective team leadership, customer engagement, and strategic campaign management. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who can drive service initiatives, enhance customer satisfaction, and play a pivotal role in boosting service revenue.


Key Responsibilities:

• Service Operations & Revenue Growth: Support the Service Manager in day-to-day operations, focusing on initiatives to increase service revenue through customer retention, upselling services, and optimizing operational efficiency.

• Team Leadership: Supervise and guide the service advisors, technicians, and CRE team to ensure quality work, timely service, and strong customer relationships.

• Service Delivery & TAT Management:

Ensure vehicles are delivered within committed timelines by assigning the right technician for each job, monitoring job progress closely, coordinating between service advisors and mechanics, and ensuring all approved work is completed correctly before vehicle delivery.

• Customer Engagement & Upselling: Oversee customer interactions to address concerns, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for upselling additional services.

• CRE Team Management: Lead and coach the CRE team on effective customer calls and follow-ups to drive repeat service bookings and customer loyalty.

• Campaign Planning & Execution: Strategize, plan, and execute SMS/WhatsApp marketing campaigns to promote seasonal offers, extended warranties, and other service specials aimed at increasing customer visits and revenue.

• Email & Office Coordination: Manage email communication with the company office to align on service strategies, campaign goals, and operational updates.

• Inventory & Operational Support: Ensure an adequate supply of parts to avoid service delays and optimize inventory to meet service demand.

• Quality Control: Maintain high-quality standards in all services to build trust and encourage repeat business.

• Data Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on service performance, customer feedback, and revenue growth, identifying areas for improvement and tracking progress.

• Staff Training & Development: Facilitate ongoing training for service and CRE teams on effective customer engagement, service sales techniques, and technical skills.


Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: 4+ years in service, operations, or sales roles, preferably with a focus on revenue growth and customer engagement.

• Sales & Upselling Ability: Strong ability to identify revenue opportunities and engage customers effectively to boost service revenue.

• Leadership Skills: Experience leading and motivating teams to achieve targets.

• Customer-Centric: Strong communication skills, with a focus on creating positive customer experiences and driving loyalty.

• Computer Skills(preferred not compulsory): MS Office, DBM software (Preferred), and service management tools.

• Analytical Skills: Ability to generate and interpret reports to assess revenue opportunities and performance metrics.
