Bank Insurance Sales Job Roles

1. Insurance Product Sales

Sell life, health, and general insurance products to bank customers.

Cross-sell insurance during banking transactions (loans, savings, etc.).

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

2. Customer Relationship Management

Understand customer needs and suggest suitable insurance products.

• Build long-term relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on leads generated through bank branches.

3. Collaboration with Bank Staff

Work closely with bank branch staff to identify sales opportunities.

• Train and motivate bank employees to generate insurance leads.
• Conduct joint customer meetings with branch staff when needed

4. Reporting & Analysis

Maintain sales records and prepare daily/weekly performance reports.

• Analyze sales data to improve performance and meet KPIs

5. Product Knowledge & Training

• Stay updated on product features and market trends.
• Attend training sessions and workshops for continuous learning.

Fresher Salary - 15-20k

Experience Salary - 19-23k
