Job Summary

Primax Hospital, Sonipat is looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to accurately enter, update, and maintain hospital records and data across systems. The role supports smooth hospital operations, reporting, and coordination between departments.

• Key Responsibilities
• Enter and update patient data, billing records, OPD/IPD details, and reports accurately
• Maintain digital records in Hospital Management System (HMS) and Excel
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly data reports as required
• Coordinate with front desk, billing, diagnostics, and admin teams
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and hospital data
• Handle basic documentation, scanning, and filing work
• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 12th pass / Graduate (any stream)
• 1–2 years experience as a Data Entry Operator (hospital experience preferred)
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and basic computer operations
• Typing speed with high accuracy
• Basic understanding of hospital processes (OPD, IPD, billing)
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Preferred CandidatePrior experience in hospital or healthcare setup
• Familiarity with Hospital Management Software (HMS)
• Local candidate from Sonipat or nearby areas
