Data Management Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, analysis and deliver daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly MIS reports with accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop and maintain advanced excel dashboards, pivot reports and automation for business reporting.
• Manage and optimize CRM software usage, ensuring accurate data entry, reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate with different teams (management, sales, operations & finance)to provide actionable insight from data.
• Lead a small team, assign tasks, monitor progress and ensure quality outputs.
• Continuously improve reporting processes, highlight gaps and suggest automation opportunities
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and confidentiality across all reports.

Key Skill Required

• Strong expertise in Advanced Excel (Pivot table, Vlookup/ Xlookup, Sumifs, countif, Dashboard & Macros).
• Open to learn AI tool.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Team management / leadership ability.
