Job Title: Dispatch Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Dispatch Executive to manage daily order dispatch operations efficiently. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling logistics, coordination with courier partners, and basic knowledge of inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily dispatches of 10–12 orders (or as assigned).

• Prepare and process dispatch documents like invoices, shipping labels, and gate passes.

• Coordinate with warehouse staff, transporters, and courier companies.

• Ensure accurate and timely packaging and dispatch of goods.

• Maintain daily records of orders dispatched and pending.

• Track shipments and resolve issues related to delays, damages, or returns.

• Maintain stock movement data and coordinate for inventory checks.

• Communicate with internal teams and customers regarding dispatch status.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

• 1+ years of experience in dispatch/logistics operations.

• Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and basic ERP systems.

• Strong coordination and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Attention to detail and time management skill

Salary: 15K – 22K

Working Hours: 9:00am – 7:30 pm
