Job Description
Hello 👋
Paytm is hiring Field Sales Executives to drive sales of EDC (card swipe machines) and Soundbox devices to merchants and businesses.
As a Field Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to visit local markets, onboard merchants, and sell Paytm’s EDC and Soundbox solutions. This role does not offer a fixed salary, but is highly rewarding for performers, with attractive commissions and incentives.
💰 Earning Potential: Up to ₹40,000–₹50,000 per month
Job & Commission Details:
* Paytm EDC Device (₹2,000–₹6,000): 80% commission on device cost
* Sound Box (₹500–₹1,000): 80% commission on device cost
*Shop Revisit (company data provided): ₹50 per revisit
* New Merchant Onboarding + QR Code Installation: ₹200
Benefits:
* ⛽ Fuel Allowance: ₹100 per day
* 🏥 PF, ESIC & Medical Insurance provided by Paytm
