Job Title: FINANCE RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

Location: Sonipat, Haryana

Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years

Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are hiring a proactive and target-driven Finance Relationship Manager for an NBFC to manage client relationships, drive loan disbursements, and expand the customer base.      

-----Key Responsibilities:

*Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

*Promote and sell NBFC products such as personal loans, business loans, and other lending solutions.

*Source new business through field visits, referrals, and networking.

*Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing and disbursement.

*Ensure timely collection of documents and completion of KYC formalities.

*Monitor client accounts and ensure timely repayments.

*Maintain MIS reports and update CRM systems regularly.

----Required Qualifications:

*Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.

*Minimum 3 years of experience in NBFC, banking , or financial services.
