Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Company: Nikhar Hygiene Products Pvt. Ltd. Location: Akbarpur Barota, Sonipat, Haryana Department: Finance & Accounts Reports To: Managing Director / Board of Directors CTC Range: Up to ₹18 LPA Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in a manufacturing setup (preferably FMCG sector) Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory About the Company: Nikhar Hygiene Products Pvt. As part of our growth journey, we are looking for a result-oriented and strategic finance leader to drive financial efficiency, compliance, and profitability across our business operations. Role Overview: The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will oversee the entire financial and strategic planning functions of the company. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage financial health, ensure strong internal controls, and contribute to business expansion through strategic insights and financial modeling. Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial Planning, Reporting & Strategy  Prepare and present weekly and monthly MIS reports, including P&L statements, and variance analyses.  Conduct annual, quarterly, and monthly budget planning and track actual vs. variance.  Develop and manage growth modeling, market expansion, and margin improvement strategies.  Ensure data integrity and promote automation across financial and operational systems. 2. Accounting, Compliance & Audit  Oversee all financial transactions, accounting standards, and reporting accuracy.  Ensure statutory compliance with GST, Income Tax, ROC filings, and banking regulations.  Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors for timely audit closures.  Monitor state incentive schemes and ensure timely filings to avail eligible benefits. 3. Treasury, Banking & Investor Relations  Manage bank negotiations, working capital, and debt management.  Handle investor calls, data preparation, and presentation of financial performance.  Plan and monitor cash flow to ensure liquidity and fund availability.  Evaluate capex proposals and ensure financial viability of new projects. 4. Cost, Pricing & Margin Management  Implement cost control frameworks across production, manpower, and logistics.  Conduct product costing, pricing, and margin analysis to ensure profitability.  Drive initiatives for margin improvements and process optimization.  Review client-wise MIS for profitability assessment and decision support. 5. Operations & Commercial Oversight  Supervise creditors and debtors’ management, ensuring healthy cash cycles.  Oversee stock taking and scrap handling with proper reconciliation and accountability.  Manage forex transactions and overseas supplier payments with risk mitigation strategies.  Collaborate with production, procurement, and commercial teams to enhance operational efficiency. Key Skills & Competencies:  Strong understanding of financial controls, manufacturing costing, and business strategy.  Expertise in MIS reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis.  Proven ability to handle banking negotiations, fund management, and investor communication.  Experience in ERP systems, financial modelling, and automation tools.  Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of influencing cross-functional teams.  Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
