You will be responsible for:

• Drafting Safe Work Instructions to ensure operational safety.

• Implementing company HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies, procedures, and manuals at the site.

• Conducting training sessions for employees on safety procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Performing site inspections and safety audits to identify risks and ensure compliance.

• Submitting inspection and audit reports to the central team regularly.

• Conducting incident investigations and documenting findings.

• Submitting monthly MIS (Management Information System) reports related to safety.

• Implementing and supervising the Permit-to-Work (PTW) system at the site.

• Supporting the site team in maintaining safety compliance across operations.

• Delivering safety training sessions to enhance awareness and adherence.
