About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accounts Executive to support day-to-day accounting operations. This role is ideal for someone starting their career in finance and looking to gain hands-on experience in bookkeeping, compliance, and financial reporting.

• Key ResponsibilitiesRecord day-to-day financial transactions and maintain books of accounts
• Assist in accounts payable & receivable processes
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports
• Support bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny
• Maintain vendor and customer records
• Assist in GST filings, TDS, and statutory compliance
• Help in month-end and year-end closing activities
• Coordinate with internal teams and auditors when required
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records
• RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com or equivalent)
• 3+ years of relevant experience (freshers can apply)
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Familiarity with Tally, Excel, or any accounting software
• Good numerical and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic compliance
• Exposure to MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
