Job Description : We are looking for an experienced CNC V-Bottom Paper Bag Machine Operator with Printing to join our production team. The candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring and maintaining CNC paper bag making machines with in-line printing to ensure high-quality production and timely output.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate CNC V-bottom paper bag making machines with printing units.
• Set up machines for different bag sizes, GSM and printing designs.
• Monitor machine performance and ensure smooth production flow.
• Adjust machine settings for optimal speed, alignment and print quality.
• Conduct routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting.
• Inspect finished bags for quality, dimensions and print accuracy.
• Reduce wastage and ensure material efficiency.
• Follow safety and production guidelines.
• Maintain daily production records.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Experience operating CNC V-bottom paper bag machines with printing.
• Knowledge of paper GSM, kraft paper handling and printing alignment.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical issues.
• Understanding of production quality standards.
• Ability to work in shifts.
• Minimum education: 10th / 12th pass
