Key Responsibilities:
· Lead Generation & Fieldwork
- Conduct field activities to identify and generate prospective admission leads.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly targets for lead collection.
- Engage with parents in the field to explain the school’s offerings, values, and benefits.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure effective lead conversion.
Lead Management & Counseling
- Call and follow up with leads generated through fieldwork, digital campaigns, events, and other sources.
- Counsel parents regarding school programs, curriculum, policies, and admission procedures to encourage enrollment.
- Address parent queries and concerns through telephone, face-to-face (F2F), and written communication.
Admissions Support
- Guide parents throughout the end-to-end admission process and provide personalized solutions to their concerns.
- Maintain, review, and update student data and admission records in the admission database.
- Work closely with Zonal Heads and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and informed admission decisions.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents to understand their needs and ensure a positive admission experience.
- Act as a key point of contact between parents and the school, ensuring smooth coordination and follow-ups.
Administrative & Reporting Tasks
- Prepare admission-related letters, reports, MIS, and lists as required.
- Maintain accurate records of parent interactions, leads, follow-ups, and admission status.
Preferred Candidate
Qualification
- Any graduate; MBA graduates or final-year MBA students preferred.
Experience
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, admissions, or customer relationship management is an advantage but not mandatory.
Skills
- Strong communication skills in English; fluency in the local language is mandatory. Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
- Presentable, confident, and persuasive with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Extroverted personality with the ability to build rapport easily.
- Target-driven, energetic, and result-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable interacting with parents and children.
- Proficient in using admission databases and basic computer applications.
Details:
· Work Mode: Onsite (Work from School Branch).
· Working Days: 6 days per week (with 1 rotational day off)
