About the Role:

Hum ek Production Supervisor dhoondh rahe hain jo daily production ka kaam smoothly chalaye. Yeh role hands-on hai, jisme aapko factory floor par workers ke saath kaam karna hoga aur problems ko jaldi solve karna hoga.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDaily production time par aur bina kisi problem ke complete karwana.
• Ensure karna ki workers apna kaam sahi tarah se kar rahe hain.
• SOP aur process follow ho rahe hain ya nahi, yeh check karna.
• Production area ki safai, hygiene aur safety maintain karna.
• Chhoti problems ko khud solve karna aur zarurat padne par seniors ko batana.
• QC aur maintenance team ke saath coordinate karna.
• Factory mein discipline aur teamwork maintain karna.
• Requirements1–3 saal ka experience factory ya food manufacturing mein.
• Basic education (Diploma ya Graduate preferred).
• Responsible, hardworking aur logon ko manage karne ki ability.
• Fast aur busy environment mein kaam karne ke liye ready hona.

• Is role mein meat aur non-veg food ke saath kaam karna hoga.
• Candidate ko meat handle karne aur khane mein comfortable hona chahiye.
• Production ke dauraan food taste karna bhi job ka part hoga, taaki quality check ho sake.
