Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will lead design projects, develop compelling visual content, and ensure brand consistency across all platforms. Experience in video editing and motion graphics will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of creative campaigns across digital and print platforms
• Create high-quality visuals for social media, ads, websites, presentations, and marketing collaterals
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and performance teams to deliver impactful creatives
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all outputs
• Conceptualize innovative ideas for campaigns, launches, and promotions
• Mentor junior designers and review their work for quality and alignment
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing/advertising agency
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design work
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
• Ability to think creatively and translate ideas into visuals
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Added Advantage (Preferred Skills)

• Experience in video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools)
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics, reels, and short-form video content
• Understanding of social media content trends and formats
