Location: Primax Gastro Institute & Super Speciality Hospital, Sector-4, Bahalgarh Road, Sonipat
Responsibilities:
- Typing patient reports, discharge summaries, and prescriptions
- Entering data in hospital software and maintaining patient records
- Coordinating with doctors and lab technicians for timely report updates
- Ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in all documentation
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in typing or data entry (hospital background preferred)
