Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive advertisement sales and client acquisition in the Sikar region. The candidate will be responsible for generating revenue through local market penetration and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients for advertisement sales (print & digital)
• Generate leads through field visits, references, and local networking
• Pitch media solutions and close sales deals
• Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Collect market intelligence and competitor insights
• Coordinate with internal teams for ad execution and delivery
• Ensure timely payment collection from clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 1–3 years of experience in field sales / marketing (media industry preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good local market knowledge of Sikar
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory
• Self-motivated and target-driven
