ASSISTANT MANAGER

 Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Overall branch operations & Profitability.
  • Motivating employees and work as a team.
  • Building good relationship with customers.
  • Increasing collections of  branch and control on NPA's
  • Sourcing and selling of Gold loans along with the other third products like Mutual Funds, Sale of Gold (coins, pendants, and bars), Life, Medical & Vehicle Insurance Products.
  • Supporting the team for Recovery for achieving interest collection targets, Promotional activities & achieving the schemes launched for the period.
