Welder / Fitter

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Fabrication Fitter to join our team and carry out cutting, fitting, welding, and assembly of metal components as per design drawings. The role involves interpreting blueprints, using fabrication tools, and ensuring high-quality workmanship in line with safety and quality standards.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings and technical specifications
• Measure, mark, cut, drill, and grind metal sheets, plates, angles, or channels
• Fit, align, and assemble structural or sheet metal components
• Use tools like gas cutters, angle grinders, drilling machines, and measuring instruments
• Perform tack welding or assist welders during fabrication
• Inspect finished components for accuracy and quality
• Maintain tools and workshop cleanliness
• Follow health and safety standards and report hazards
• Work closely with welders, supervisors, and quality inspectors
