Job Description

Role Summary

Responsible for managing sales operations of smartphones, gadgets, and home appliances. The role involves leading sales teams, monitoring performance, maintaining stock flow, and ensuring sales growth through effective planning and execution.


KRA: Task / Activities

  • Complete product knowledge of Smartphones, Accessories, Gadgets and home appliances.
  • Managing sales managers and sales promoters.
  • Stock planning, allocation, and supplier management.
  • Knowledge of product pricing and promotional schemes for offer planning.
  • Overseeing daily operations.

KPI: Performance Metrics

  • Achievement of monthly & quarterly sales targets.
  • Achievement of product target & brand targets.
  • Team performance & productivity.
  • Inventory accuracy & stock movement efficiency.
  • Dealer/retailer satisfaction and retention.
  • On-time reporting and process compliance.

Required Skills

  • Technical knowledge – Understanding features,Market awareness – Keeping up with industry
  • Presentation skills – Ability to educate sales teams and customers about products.
  • Leadership skills – Strong ability to guide and motivate the team.
