Civil Site Engineer

To act as the developer’s and customers’ on-ground technical representative, ensuring that all infrastructure development and villa construction works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality benchmarks, and timelines across the Pali Hill City project.

This role is responsible for monitoring, coordination, quality control, and reporting across multiple contractors and construction packages.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Infrastructure & Township Development Monitoring:

Supervise and monitor execution of:

• Internal roads, drainage, water pipelines, electrical ducts
• STP / septic systems, rainwater harvesting structures
• Landscaping and common amenities works

Ensure adherence to approved master layout and execution drawings.

Coordinate with contractors and vendors for timely execution.

Identify deviations and immediately report corrective actions.

2. Villa Construction Monitoring (Customer PMC)

Review and verify:

• Architectural & structural drawings
• BOQs and material specifications

Conduct regular site inspections for:

• Foundation, RCC, masonry, waterproofing, finishing works.

Ensure quality standards, workmanship, and safety compliance.

Verify stage-wise completion before payment approvals.

Act as a technical interface between:

• Customer
• Contractor
• Architect / Structural Consultant

3. Quality Control & Compliance

Implement quality checklists for each construction stage.

Ensure compliance with:

• Local building norms
• NA & RERA guidelines
• Project construction standards.

Maintain inspection records and site reports.

Flag risks related to structural integrity, water seepage, or execution errors.

4. Planning & Progress Tracking

Prepare and track:

• Work schedules
• Weekly and monthly progress reports.

Monitor contractor productivity and timelines.

Anticipate delays and suggest mitigation plans.

5. Coordination & Stakeholder Communication

Coordinate with:

• Developers’ technical team
• External consultants
• Utility providers (water, electricity, etc.)

Attend technical meetings and site reviews.

Communicate progress and issues clearly to management and customers.

6. Safety & Site Discipline

• Enforce site safety norms.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Ensure safe working practices and compliance with labour regulations.
