Civil Site Engineer

We are looking for a dedicated Site Engineer to manage daily site operations, ensure quality execution, and coordinate with teams to deliver projects on time. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically strong, and capable of driving site activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
• Reviewing and understanding technical drawings and specifications.
• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, labor, and vendors.
• Conduct quality checks on materials and workmanship.
• Maintain site documents: daily progress reports(DPR),Out-turn reports, and material logs.
• Assist in planning manpower, materials, and work schedules.
• Identify and resolve onsite technical issues in coordination with the Project Engineer.
• Support the preparation of Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and perform quantity take-offs/estimations.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

Qualification:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Min 5-7 experience as a Site Engineer role (Freshers can also be considered if applicable).
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and site documentation.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
