Job Description
- Provide L1/L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows/macOS)
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage user accounts using Active Directory
- Support Microsoft 365 / Office 365 applications
- Handle IT tickets via tools like ServiceNow within SLA timelines
- Configure and support printers, scanners, and other devices
- Provide remote support using tools like TeamViewer, AnyDesk, RDP
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
- Perform system updates, patching, and antivirus management
- Assist in network connectivity issues (LAN/WAN/VPN)
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements
