A desktop support engineer is an IT professional who provides technical support for computers and software systems:

·        Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and repair hardware and network issues

·        Installation: Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, software, and peripheral equipment

·        CCTV : : Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, software, and peripheral equipment

·        Network Support: Firefall configuration

·        Support: Provide end-user support, including responding to client inquiries and providing technical support

·        Upgrades: Perform system upgrades and advise on software and hardware upgrades

·        Documentation: Document incidents, problems, and resolutions

·        Training: Train end users when new software or IT regulations arrive

·        Communication: Communicate progress frequently if troubleshooting complex problems

·        Follow-up: Follow-up afterwards to ensure the original problem was fully addressed

·        Log: Maintain a log of job tickets and maintenance tasks

·        Research: Keep up with current breakthroughs in computing technology and research its reviews

Qualification: Any degree with experience in the relevant field
