Machine Operator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Machine Operator to operate and assist in CNC, VMC, Assembly Line, and Laser Cutting machines. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, follow quality standards, and support smooth production operations. Freshers with relevant technical knowledge are welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in machine setup, tool loading, and job changeover
• Read and understand basic engineering drawings and work instructions
• Load raw materials and unload finished components safely
• Monitor machine operations and report abnormalities
• Perform basic inspections using measuring instruments
• Ensure production output meets quality standards
• Maintain machine cleanliness and follow safety procedures
• Support assembly line operations and material handling
• Maintain daily production and quality records

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of CNC / VMC / Laser Machine operations /Assembly Line operator
• Understanding of manufacturing and machining processes
• Ability to read basic mechanical drawings
• Familiarity with measuring tools
• Knowledge of shop floor safety practices
• Willingness to learn multiple machines 

Qualification:

• ITI (Fitter / Machinist / Turner / CNC) or
• Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Manufacturing Engineering

Experience: Fresher - 2 years
