Job Description
- Operate Tally ERP with full knowledge for accounting, reporting, and compliance.
- Manage day‑to‑day sales and purchase accounting entries with accuracy.
- Prepare and verify customer invoices and supplier bills.
- Track accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Process vendor payments and reconcile supplier accounts.
- Maintain sales and purchase ledgers with proper documentation.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow related to sales/purchases.
- Generate periodic MIS and financial reports for management review.
- Support audits by providing accurate records and documentation.
