Job Description
- Handle complete accounting of real estate projects (plotting, residential, commercial).
- Maintain project-wise accounts, cost sheets, and profitability statements.
- Manage booking entries, customer ledger accounts, and installment tracking.
- Monitor collections, outstanding payments, and follow-up coordination with the sales team.
- Prepare monthly MIS, cash flow statements, and financial reports for management.
- Handle GST (including RCM), TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Manage contractor payments, vendor accounts, and site expenses.
- Perform bank reconciliation and manage loan accounts (project loans, CC limits).
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and bankers.
- Ensure proper documentation for land purchase, development agreements, and legal payments.
- Supervise junior accountants and accounts assistants.
