Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow sales in the assigned territory
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
• Handle franchise partners and maintain strong relationships
• Develop new customers and franchise opportunities
• Conduct market visits and competitor analysis
• Ensure proper product availability and stock movement
• Support franchise store operations and promotions
• Coordinate with internal teams for orders, dispatch, and payments
• Prepare sales reports and share regular updates
• Train and guide franchise staff on sales and products

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate (Preferred)
• 3–6 years of experience in Sales (Textile/Fashion preferred)
• Experience in Franchise or Channel Sales is an advantage
