• 🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesOversee complete day-to-day centre operations
• Lead and manage the counselling, admin & support teams
• Conduct daily review meetings and ensure task closure
• Handle HR coordination – attendance, productivity tracking, basic hiring support
• Drive marketing execution – seminars, webinars, school outreach & campaigns
• Coordinate with digital marketing agencies, vendors & partners
• Ensure smooth lead management, follow-ups & student experience
• Maintain reports, MIS and performance dashboards
• Work on systems, processes and operational discipline
• 👤 Candidate Profile3–8 years of experience in coaching institute / EdTech / training centre operations
• Strong in team handling, follow-ups and execution
• Process-oriented and numbers-driven
• High ownership mindset and problem-solving ability
• Comfortable with Excel, CRM tools, AI tools & basic tech platforms
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
