About the Company: Cook Yourself Edge is a vibrant food brand in Surat known for its authentic flavors and high-quality dining experience. We are looking for a skilled Cook who specializes in Punjabi and Kathiyawadi dishes to join our kitchen team and bring traditional taste with modern presentation.

• Job Responsibilities:Prepare authentic Punjabi and Kathiyawadi dishes as per menu and customer orders.
• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper food safety practices in the kitchen.
• Manage kitchen inventory and assist in daily stock checks.
• Coordinate with kitchen helpers and serving staff for smooth service.
• Experiment with new recipes and seasonal variations to enhance menu options.
• Maintain equipment and utensils in good working condition.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:Minimum 10th / 12th pass or equivalent.
• Proven experience (1–5 years) as a Cook / Chef specializing in Punjabi and/or Kathiyawadi cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of traditional spices, recipes, and cooking methods.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to maintaining food quality and hygiene standards.

Salary:₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience)
