Credit Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

·         Able to work on computer with good knowledge of MS-Office

·         Good communication skill in English, Hindi & Gujarati

·         Good in coordination & Assisting with Team

·         Performing basic admin duties including printing, scanning, sending emails, and data entry

·         Co - ordination with marketing team regarding login of file.

·         Inward the file in system after screening the basic requirement as per policy for login.

·         Raise the queries (Ask the documents which are not provided by marketing team but are necessary for the process as per the policy).

·         Co Ordination with marketing team regarding query resolution.

·         Arranging the file in particular order.

·         Process the file i.e. preparing CAM (Financial Analysis, Ratio Analysis, Banking Analysis)

·         Telephonic verification for the processed files (TVR is compulsory for solving the doubts arose while preparing the CAM).

·         Solving the queries given by Management.

• Must have good communication skills
• Should have basic knowledge about the Loans.
• Should know about the different techniques and strategies of marketing
• Good knowledge of sales and convincing skills
