CRM Executive

Neev Advertising is a growing creative and branding agency based in Surat.

We are looking for a responsible and organized CRM Executive who can manage client coordination, internal follow-ups and ensure smooth delivery of work between clients and our creative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal design / social media teams

• Receive client requirements, briefs and changes clearly and share them with the concerned team

• Follow up with designers, social media team and video team for timely delivery

• Maintain proper record of client tasks, approvals and revisions

• Update daily work status and basic reporting (Google Sheets / Excel)

• Coordinate for content approvals, corrections and final deliveries

• Handle client communication on WhatsApp, calls and emails in a professional manner

• Escalate delays, urgent requests and client concerns to the reporting manager

• Support senior management in client servicing and account handling

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Gujarati

• Good coordination and follow-up skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

• Comfortable using WhatsApp, email and task tools

• Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously

• Calm, polite and professional behaviour with clients

Preferred Background:

• Experience in advertising agency / digital marketing company / service industry is preferred

• Freshers with strong communication and coordination skills can also apply
