Job Description
- Customer Interaction: Handle inquiries, complaints, and issues via phone, email, social media; provide support and build strong relationships.
- Data Management & Analysis: Utilize CRM software to manage customer data, segment audiences, and analyze behavior for insights.
- Strategy & Campaigns: Develop and execute CRM campaigns (email, loyalty programs) to boost engagement, sales, and retention.
- Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align strategies and improve the customer journey.
- Lead Management: Nurture leads, qualify prospects, and assign them to relevant sales teams.
- Reporting: Monitor campaign effectiveness and report on customer satisfaction and feedback.
