Job Title: CRE (Customer Relationship Executive)

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Relationship

Executive (CRE) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in English and Hindi be able to interact professionally with customers. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Handle customer inquiries through calls, messages, or emails.

·       Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.

·       Provide accurate information about company products or services.

·       Follow up with customers and resolve their queries.

·       Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.

·       Coordinate with internal teams when required.

Requirements:

·       Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).

·       Basic computer knowledge.

·       Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

·       Ability to handle customers politely and professionally.

Qualification:

·       Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred)

Salary: As per company standards.

Experience: Fresher / 0–1 year experience preferred.
