Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Manage and lead a team of 3–6 inside sales executives
- Handle inbound leads from Meta Ads, website, and other digital platforms
- Assign leads to team members and track daily follow-ups
- Drive sales conversions and achieve monthly revenue targets
- Monitor team performance and provide regular training & feedback
- Develop and implement sales strategies to improve conversion rates
- Handle key/high-value clients directly when required
- Maintain CRM and ensure proper lead tracking and reporting
- Coordinate with marketing team for lead quality and campaign improvement
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
