Customer Service Representative (CSR)

For males: 3 pm to 12 am

For females: 1 pm to 10 pm

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests with information about games and services.
• Handle ticketing, billing, and POS transactions accurately.
• Guide customers on safety rules and activity usage.
• Resolve guest queries and escalate issues when required.
• Promote offers, events, and birthday packages to customers.
• Ensure smooth flow of guests across all activity zones.
• Coordinate with floor staff and party coordinators for service delivery.
• Collect and share customer feedback with management.
