Customer Support Executive

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role is integral to delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring customer satisfaction through expert product guidance, efficient problem resolution, and personalised support across multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities.

Candidates must be available to work Monday to Saturday during the evening shift (5:00 PM–11:00 PM). We seek a mature, reliable, and committed professional with a serious approach toward work.

Customer Interaction & Support

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media channels
• Provide detailed product information, including ingredients, usage instructions, benefits, and suitability for different skin types
• Assist customers with order placement, tracking, modifications, and cancellations
• Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism, working toward satisfactory resolutions on calls and chat.
• Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policy

Product Knowledge & Consultation

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our product line, including new launches and seasonal offerings
• Offer personalized product recommendations based on customer needs, skin type, and preferences
• Educate customers on proper application techniques and skincare routines
• Stay updated on cosmetic industry trends and competitor products

Administrative Tasks

• Process and track customer feedback to identify common issues or improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with logistics teams to resolve shipping issues
• Assist with inventory inquiries and product availability questions.
