- Job Responsibilities
- Handle calls of interested customers only (No cold calling)
- Explain insurance policies clearly to customers
- Provide support and resolve basic customer queries
- Follow up with customers and assist in policy sales
- Maintain customer data and call records

- Education: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
