Data Entry Operator

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to manage chalans, packing slips, and production lists for embroidery and diamond stitching work. The role involves preparing documents for sending goods to embroidery and stitching workers, maintaining records, and ensuring accurate tracking of all lots.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare chalans and packing slips for embroidery and stitching orders
• Maintain daily production and dispatch lists
• Record details of lots, designs, quantities, and worker assignments
• Track incoming and outgoing goods
• Update data in Excel or register files accurately
• Coordinate with embroidery and stitching teams for job status
• Ensure all records are neat, organized, and up to date

Requirements:

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel / Word)
• Ability to maintain records properly
• Attention to detail
• Prior experience in garment, embroidery, or stitching work is a plus

Preferred Skills:

• Understanding of embroidery/diamond stitching processes
• Good communication skills
• Organized and responsible
