Job SummaryThe Dispatch Executive cum Delivery Boy is responsible for preparing, coordinating, and delivering goods to customers in a timely and safe manner. The role combines dispatch operations, documentation, and last-mile delivery while ensuring accuracy, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company policies.

Key ResponsibilitiesDispatch Responsibilities:

• Prepare and verify orders for dispatch
• Coordinate with store/warehouse staff for order readiness
• Maintain dispatch records and update registers / ERP systems
• Ensure correct packaging, labeling, and documentation
• Handle invoices, delivery challans, and POD collection

Delivery Responsibilities:

• Deliver products to customers as per assigned route and schedule
• Ensure safe handling and transportation of goods
• Collect payment (cash / digital) if required and submit records
• Obtain customer acknowledgment after delivery
• Handle returns or exchanges as per company policy
