Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (website, marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
- Handle product uploads including images, descriptions, pricing, and inventory updates
- Monitor and process daily orders, returns, and customer queries
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for smooth order fulfillment
- Optimize product listings for better visibility (SEO, keywords, titles)
- Track performance metrics like CTR (Click Through Rate), CVR (Conversion Rate), and TACOS (Total Advertising Cost of Sales)
- Run and manage basic online campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads preferred)
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management
- Ensure proper catalog management and product categorization
- Maintain website hygiene (pricing accuracy, stock updates, banners, etc.)
