E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for a skilled Shopify & Etsy Account Manager who can handle complete e-commerce store operations including product listing, price updates, inventory management, and order coordination.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing Shopify and Etsy stores, especially in jewelry or lifestyle products.

• 🎯 Key Responsibilities:Create and manage product listings on Shopify & Etsy
• Update product pricing, variants, SKU & inventory regularly
• Optimize product titles, descriptions & tags (basic SEO knowledge required)
• Handle product images upload & formatting
• Manage discounts, coupon codes & offers
• Monitor store performance & suggest improvements
• Coordinate for order processing & customer queries
• Ensure store policies & compliance updates
• ✅ Required Skills:Experience in Shopify backend management
• Experience in Etsy seller account handling
• Knowledge of product SEO & keyword optimization
• Basic understanding of pricing strategy & margin calculation
• Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
• Good communication skills
• 💎 Preferred (Jewelry Industry Bonus):Experience in jewelry / diamond / silver product listing
• Knowledge of variants (size, metal color, stone type)
