E-Commerce Executive

Position: E-commerce Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.
• Handle cataloguing, A+ content, pricing, and promotions
• Process orders, returns, and customer queries
• Manage inventory and coordinate with warehouse team
• Run and monitor marketplace ads
• Raise tickets and resolve platform-related issues
• Analyze sales reports and work on sales growth

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of online marketplaces
• Basic understanding of advertising & promotions
• MS Excel proficiency
• Good communication & coordination skills
