• Handle international shipments, documentation, and customs compliance.
• Maintain effective communication with international buyers regarding order status, shipping details, and queries.
• Monitor trade regulations and manage cost-efficient supply chain operations.
• Ensure all exports comply with destination country import laws and textile specific quality standards.
• Maintain export sales records and generate regular reports on sales performance, order status, and shipping timelines. 
• Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to track order status and ensure timely dispatch of textile goods. 

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Textile Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in export operations, preferably in the textile or apparel industry.
• Familiarity with export documentation, DGFT procedures, and textile compliance norms.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), ERP systems, and export documentation platforms.
