Fashion Designer

We are looking for a skilled and creative Fashion Designer for our manufacturing unit who can develop ethnic, Indo-western, and casual wear collections suitable for mass production. The role includes creating sketches, tech packs, and samples; coordinating with pattern masters and tailors; selecting fabrics and trims; ensuring designs are production-friendly and cost-effective; conducting trend and market research; finalizing fits and sizes (S–XXL); and maintaining quality across all stages of development. The designer must understand manufacturing timelines, fabric behavior, and pricing feasibility while delivering fresh, market-ready styles for both retail and wholesale.
