Position: Full Stack Software Developer

Experience: Minimum 3 years

Salary: Minimum ₹1,00,000.00 per Month

Location: REMOTE (Only For Surat)

General Responsibilities:

*Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

*Design and architect scalable, reliable, and maintainable software solutions for task management and CRM.

*Develop intuitive and responsive user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks such as React.js or Angular.

*Ensure seamless user experiences through effective implementation of UI/UX design.

*Build and maintain server-side logic and database structures using technologies like Node.js, Python, or Java.

*Implement RESTful APIs for seamless communication between the front-end and back-end components.

*Design and optimize database schemas for efficient data storage and retrieval.

*Implement and maintain database systems, ensuring data integrity and security.

*Integrate third-party tools and APIs to enhance functionality and interoperability.

*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between development tasks and overall project goals.

*Write unit tests and conduct thorough testing to ensure the reliability and stability of the software.

*Debug and resolve issues in a timely manner, collaborating with QA teams as needed.

Create comprehensive technical documentation for code, APIs, and system architecture.

*Keep documentation up-to-date to facilitate knowledge transfer within the team.

* Auditing and reviewing all the above-mentioned tasks completed by team members, based on task checklists, to ensure accuracy and completion

Key Responsibilities -

*1.Software Design & Development

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Design, implement, and test software applications according to requirements.
• Develop both front-end and back-end solutions as per project needs.

*2. Requirement Analysis

• Understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to refine requirements.

*3.Testing & Debugging

• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure software quality.
• Identify, document, and fix software defects or performance issues.

*4.Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (designers, QA, DevOps, project managers).
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a focus on developing task management and CRM software. 

Device & Internet:

• Laptop/Desktop with Intel i3 10th Gen+ / Ryzen 3+, 8GB RAM, SSD preferred
• 20 Mbps+ broadband connection
