•	Ensure month on month growth in Exchange offering prospectus Assets for Gold loan business for your assigned branch
•	Customer Follow ups to be done at regular intervals for timely renewal of cases so as to ensure Minimum renewal pending cases.
•	Coordination with valuers to be done time to time basis
•	Ensure most of the customers are aligned to pay valuation charges as per product norms
•	Ensuring strong follow up for interest collections to keep NPAs in control & thereby achieving higher revenue for sales done under you.
•	Conduct Marketing activities in the local market for generating New customers in the gold loan industry. (Subject to Permissions)
