HR Executive

Job SummaryThe HR Executive is responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth HR operations, compliance with labor laws, and creating a positive workplace culture. The role supports business objectives through effective people management.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding

• Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, offer letters)
• Coordinate onboarding and induction programs
• Maintain recruitment trackers and reports

Employee Relations

• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns
• Support conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures
• Promote a healthy and professional work environment

HR Operations & Administration

• Maintain employee records, HRMIS, and documentation
• Manage attendance, leave, and shift records
• Prepare HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, exit)

Payroll & Compliance

• Coordinate payroll inputs with accounts/payroll team
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, labor laws)
• Support audits and compliance documentation

Performance & Engagement

• Assist in performance appraisal cycles
• Support employee engagement activities and events
• Track training needs and coordinate learning programs

Exit Management

• Handle resignations, exit interviews, and full & final settlements
• Ensure proper knowledge handover and documentation
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–5 years of experience in HR (freshers with internships may apply)
• Knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, HR software, and documentation
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism
