HR Executive

JuiceTap Global Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Executive to join our growing team in Surat!

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Hiring

·       Handle end-to-end recruitment process

·       Source, screen, and shortlist candidates

·       Coordinate interviews and onboarding

·       Complete joining formalities

·       Offer letters, appointment letters, contracts

·       Maintain candidate database

2. Employee Management

·       Manage employee records and documentation

·       Handle attendance, leave tracking & payroll coordination

·       Support performance review process

·       Address employee queries and concerns

·       Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring requirements.

3. HR Operations

·       Develop and implement HR policies

·       Maintain HR MIS reports

·       Ensure compliance with labour laws

·       Assist in creating SOPs for different departments.

·       Handle employee expense management, including verification, documentation, and timely processing.

·       Manage job portals & vendor coordination

Skills & Requirements:·      

• Minimum 1-3 year of experience in HR (Recruitment and HR Operations preferred).
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal communication).
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes across India.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
• Strong organizational, coordination, and time management skills.
