8:30am to 6:00pm for Gents 

9:30am to 6:00pm for ladies  

Position Overview:

Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Salary: Minimum 45,000.00 per Month

General Responsibilities: (applicable for all Positions)

• All work will require accountability 
• You’ll need to explain why the tasks weren’t completed, suggest your own solutions, and share your plan to fix it
• Recording and analysis of all work
• Excel calculations and analysis

Key Responsibilities - HR Recruiter

• Conduct recruitment calls and Filter candidates based on criteria for Interior Design, IT, Content Creation, Education, News and Media, Sales, and Marketing fields.
• Handle communication via messages and calls, complete assessment tasks, and follow up with candidates.
• Build the team and assign tasks to ensure efficient management and coordination of team responsibilities.
• Take accountability for the entire hiring process.
• Lead team-building efforts and manage team dynamics effectively.
• Auditing and reviewing the above mentioned tasks completed by team members using  checklists to ensure they are accurate and finished.
