*Experience:* Minimum 3 Years

*Salary: Minimum 35,000.00 per Month*

*General Responsibilities: Applicable for all Positions* 

All work will require accountability. 

You’ll need to explain why the tasks weren’t completed, suggest your own solutions, and share your plan to fix it

Recording and analysis of all work

Excel calculations and analysis

*Key Responsibilities*

*1. HR Tasks*

* Check worksheets and folders and provide feedback

* Send bulk messages

* Job posting and updates

* Update job descriptions (JD)

* Eligibility checks

* Maintain call lists

* Tentative calculations for various positions

* Update formats

*2. Calling Tasks*

* Office Boy:

* Sourcing candidates

* Back office support

* Tele-callers:

* Strong communication skills, especially in English

* Guards

* Sourcing candidates for security roles

*3. Research Tasks*

* Topic research and prepare related questions

* Analyze expenses and other associated work

*4. Data Extraction and Upload Tasks*

* Residential and commercial complex plans

* Add sub-categories and sub-sub-categories

* Extract and upload NPA accounts details from Surat News

*5. Product Follow-up*

* Product-wise follow-up with government and promotion/sales teams

*6. Beat-wise Follow-up*

* Beat-wise follow-up with government and promotion/sales teams

*7. General Checking Tasks*

* Routine checks on all tasks for quality and progress
